Nutrient dense Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon cricket powder

  • 1/2 cup of your favorite milk

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt

  • Honey or maple syrup to taste

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar.

  2. Stir well and refrigerate all night.

  3. Serve with berries, banana, or nut butter. Enjoy!
